1. de soutenir la pleine adhésion d'Israël à l'Union Européenne;
2. d'organiser, de soutenir publiquement et d'entreprendre des initiatives concrètes pour promouvoir l'objectif de la pleine adhésion d'Israël à l'Union Européenne, chacun selon nos capacités, nos possibilités et nos ressources;
3. de nous engager à coopérer et à communiquer les uns avec les autres, indépendamment de notre appartenance politique, sociale et/ou de notre credo religieux pour atteindre et/ou discuter notre objectif commun, conformément à ce qui est établi au premier paragraphe de ce protocole;
4. de rendre compte des progrès que nous aurons réalisés, chaque fois qu'une conférence aura lieu pour promouvoir l'objectif commun qui est fixé au premier paragraphe de ce protocole;
5. de nous rencontrer à Jérusalem pour porter à la connaissance de l'opinion publique, de la Knesset et du gouvernement israélien l'objectif qui est établi au premier paragraphe.
